Elizabeth has worked within leadership and management development for almost 20 years and a qualified coach for 12 years. Elizabeth founded tendevelopment with Martin and co-wrote their book “The ten Golden Rules of Leadership”. Elizabeth’s coaching approach is underpinned by her belief that coaching is making people more resourceful and helping them to unlock their own potential. Previous clients have commented on her skill in using thought provoking questions to get to root of their issues and challenges and then help them to create practical solutions they are personally driven to implement. Elizabeth holds an Association of Coaching Certificate in Performance Development Coaching and is licensed in the use of FIRO B, MBTI (Individuals and Teams) and APTER reversal theory.

Paul is an Executive and Leadership coach currently within the financial services sector, with previous experience in Oil and Gas, the public sector and retail in both In house and global consulting roles. Paul's coaching practice centres around building trust, identifying and challenging patterns and beliefs, raising awareness and insight and he has over 20 year's working in adult development, change, learning and culture. Paul holds an Advanced Practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach. He is also licensed to administer the Leadership Circle Profile.
